Access to the DELTA VIGO website (available from www.deltavigo.es, www.deltaillescas.es and www.deltagroupspain.es) and its use involve the full acceptance by the user of the terms and conditions in this Legal notice, with the variations that DELTA VIGO reserves the right to make periodically and without advance notice. DELTA VIGO reserves the right to make modifications in its portal that it considers appropriate without advance notice, changing, suppressing or adding both the contents and services it performs as well as the form in which these are presented or located in its portal.
MISCELLANEOUS
DELTA VIGO shall prosecute for noncompliance of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal through all civil and criminal proceedings that may correspond by law.
