Delta has experience in manufacturing and machining of metal parts in titanium, aluminium and special steels.

We have at our disposal all of the following  in-house resources:

  • CNC software tools (CATIA y TEBIS)

  • CNC machining centers (in 5 axis up to 24000 x 4500 x 3000 mm): lathes, milling machines, wire and die-sinking EDM, rectifiers, among others.

  • Inspection by penetrating liquids

  • Metrology: 4 CMM’s, 2 Rommer, 3 Laser-Tracker and 3 headed scanner for CNC machines of 3D measurement, with digitalization software (Reverse engineering)

  • Measurement of hardness and conductivity
